Scope of Services. Through this Site, Bee. Ez Carpet Cleaning Services markets and arranges Carpet Cleaning, Deep Carpet Cleaning, Pet Stain Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Spot Cleaning, Area Rug Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Bee. Ez Carpet Cleaning Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Bee. Ez Carpet Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Bee. Ez Carpet Cleaning Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Bee. Ez Carpet Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bee. Ez Carpet Cleaning Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. AL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. Bee. Ez Carpet Cleaning Services may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
